What Causes Insomnia Along With Dizziness?

having a hard time sleeping.Also I have had spells of dizzynes while laying down and a heavy heart beat.My blood preasure is normal,mt pulse is normal and my sugar level is good.I only get dizzy when laying down or standing up after laying down.This condition happened to me about 9 months ago lasted for two weeks and went away.

Hello,

Symptoms you have mentioned can be due to postural hypotension or can be due to positional vertigo. You need to get up slowly while getting up and lying down. If it is positional vertigo, it will get resolved on its own. You may take tab Cinnarizine, if dizziness is severe.
