What Causes Insomnia Along With Depression Despite Taking Effexor And Olepra?

I am a patient of moderate depressive disorder. I was suffering from depression and I couldn t be able to sleep for more than a month my sleep was really disturbed I have least interest in life than I got treated by sessions of ECTs and suddenly my life become wonderful and every thing is seems to be fine. now again after 4 months my sleep is disturbed and my mind is always in a thinking process!! what to do I don t know?? I am taking tablets namely efexor, limiget,zolp,olepra

Depression itself cause insomnia. First of all I advise you to take all your medicine regularly and stop thinking just before sleeping.
