What Causes Insect Bite Like Reddish And Itchy Rash On Ankle, Arms And Neck?

Hi doctor! I keep getting bites by something I have not been able to see what it is and noone else has them I have one on top of head on my ankle on my neck arms leg they are like a cyst itchy and brite red I haven't really felt good since they showed up yesterday should I be concerned?

Itchy Rash on ankle, arms, neck is very common & can be due to
1.Rashes due to contact with allergic and poisonous agent found in herbs like poison oak or ivy, or present in the insect’s sting or animal’s bite.
2. Rashes due to friction between body parts. This type is common in cyclist,joggers,etc. Always take a bath after such physical activity. Don't use tight clothes.
3.Psoriasis, impetigo and eczema are few of the diseases that are known to produce rashes or skin eruption.
4. fungal infection
Maintain hygiene as this is very important in preventing rashes. Hydration of the skin should be maintained by moisturizing creams.
