What Causes Inner Ear Infection, Facial Paralysis And Right Sided Swelling In The Head?

I Am suffering from an inner ear infection with no fever, Pain,facial parralasis,inside right eye and in my spinal cord I have lots of swelling and fluids all on the right side of my head and face .I have had two infections in the same ear before this in the past 6 months.Antibiotics cleared them both up.The last two times I had mild symptoms.This time I am violently sick and in severe pain.I cannot seem to get better.The test show I am a healthy adult 48 year old woman.I am really sick with pain in my right ear in my scull parrallas right face eye neck

The possibility of cranial nerve involvement (mostly facial nerve) with skull and inner ear infection most likely. Usually the MRI will show up the details of the tissue damage or edema causing the symptoms. Kindly share your latest reports for further correspondence and guidance in this regard.
