Hello.

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your history and would like to know more about you like - What is your age? Since when you starter having the symptoms? Do you itch? Do you get these symptoms every day? Do you have any other allergies or any other medical conditions? Do frequently/regularly take any other medications? How the symptoms subside - by themselves or with drugs? etc.

From your given history, I would suggest you as follows:

1. Were I treating you, I would suggest you montelukast and levocetirizine/cetirizine regularly.

2. I would also review your medical history and medications as some common medicines like analgesics may cause such symptoms.

3. Personally I would suggest you allergy testing as well as some tests for kidney function like blood urea, serum creatinine and urine examination. This is because early morning eye swelling that subsides by itself by noon may be due to some abnormality in kidney function. Please consult your doctor for this concern.

Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.

Wish you the best of the health.

Thank you & Regards.
