What Causes Inflammation And Pain In The Knee Post Trauma?

I fell hard on my left knee when I tripped and broke a right toe. The impact on the stone floor was on the outer left side below the cap. I can t kneel on it without an immediate burning pain. It s sore to touch but there is no bruising. What s going on in there?

For inflammation and pain in knee post trauma you can take some pain killer like ibugesic-plus or biozobid-plus as and when required. Take some calcium supplements like shalcal or toscal-gem along with multivitamins. Use volidup or powergesic gel for local application. Do hot fomentation over affected area.
