Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain you are suffering from APTHOUS STOMATITS leading to GLOSSITIS which is causing inflammation of the mucous membranes leading to redness and burning as well as there are formation of apthous ulcers or canker sores..
As you have such a severe inflammation the Treatment of choice is to start the intake of steroid which will reduce the inflammation and subsequently pain and burning will reduce.
You can take Prednisone 10mg twice daily.
For pain you can take OTC antiinflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Do cold water gargles and suck on ice pops..
Warm saline gargles can also help..
Gargle with 1:1 solution of milk of magnesia and benadryl..
Avoid hot,spicy and acidic foods..
Take a soft,bland diet..
Drink plenty of water and other fluids..
Take a multivitamin like Zincovit for 15 days one tablet daily..

Hope this information helps..
