General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the constellation of symptoms of infection in toe and sinus while on medication for eye infection indicates that there is root cause of lowered immunity status via some sort of problems with T and or or B cells of immunity.

However, a detailed history, physical examination and necessary lab data are needed to find out the cause and manage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
