SIR I HAVE AN INFECTION IN MY THROAT AND TOUNGUE THE WAX IN MY EAR IN BECOMING WHITE

AND I HAVE PROBLEM IN BREATHING MY JAWS SEEM TO HAVE STUCK THEY PAIN SIDE WAYS AND I AM HAVING SEVARE INFECTION AND NOSE ARE BLOCKED SOME TIMES WHEN I SLEEP
