What Causes Infection In Leg And Sweet Smelling Urine?
I am planning to run the marathon in two days from now but I have gotten an infection in my leg most likely due to too much running on asphalt lately. In addition, I have felt tired with a headache the last two days and my urine smells very sweet. Are there any likely connections between the infection, fatigue and the sweet smelling urine?

I have gone through your question. You may have dehydration or starvation or some other issue. That leads to sweet smell in urine and fatigue. You should take plenty of water orally. If it remain persistent then you should go for urine examination and take treatment accordingly.
