General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
Your history suggest more of diabetic foot.
You have not mentioned about your lifestyle disease.
I would recommend
1) To go for blood glucose test, If high get corrected with medicines promptly.
2) To start on broad spectrum antibiotic i.e amoxicillin clavulanate, with antacids.
3) It is highly advisable to consult a general surgeon, get the wound debrided under aseptic condition and to start with iv antibiotics initially.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
