Hello,

A seven-month baby should start eating soft cheese, buried vegetables, bananas, buried apples, soft bread, egg yolk, and minced chicken. Make sure that you introduce only one new type of food per week. Offer only small meals every two to three hours to avoid overfeeding and vomiting.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Salah Saad Shoman
