It's more a cosmetic question but the problem is depressing me. I've been having laser hair treatment on my face but it doesn't seem to work at all. The technician can never offer me an actual reason why but having spent so much money already, it's frustrating that it hasn't worked. It affects my self-confidence and depresses me. What are the reasons why this doesn't work for me? I've seen others who've had great results and are the reason why I decided to try it.
