What Causes Indigestion?

stool report reaction alkaline reducing substance greenish yellow occult blood positive microscopy wbc numerous rbc 8-10/hpf. ova nil amoeba nil cysts entamoeba histolytica present crystals yeast fungi nil other findings undigested food particles present mucus+++ gram stain gram negative baccili my query is that above report is normal or not

Stool report is not normal.
Positive finding you have mentioned mainly is entameba cyst present with pus cells , mucus and RBC.
All these finding suggesting toward diagnosis of amebic dysentery.Abdominal pain also can be associated with it.
You have mentioned gram negative bacilli positive that is might be normal fecal flora like E.coli or contamination of stool.
So for amebiasis you should be treated with tinnidazole or ornidazole.
