What Causes Indigestion, Headache And Breathlessness?

Hi doctors, my aunt feel :1- Her stomach can t predigest food very well .2- Feel cold always .3- Headache on the forehead and close to it , feel on head sometimes (on her head heavy and can t focus ).4- Feel can t breath well sometimes , and there s heat from the back (of her chest) .5- her body become sometimes little BLUE .

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your Aunt and understood the concerns.
Indigestion, cold, headache, can not focus, can not breath well sometimes and gets blue sometimes indicate the following:
Cardiac with or without respiratory system problem; less oxygenation causes blueness, headache and feeling cold.
Hence I would advise her the following in such a situation:
Get a thorough Cardiac and respiratory evaluation, proper examination and investigations like EKG, Cardiograph and other cardiac tests.
CT scan of the chest along with PFT that is pulmonary function tests.
Any other tests of blood, urine and stool as a routine and added-on as per the clinical findings to get an appropriate diagnosis and management.
Ask her to sleep in a reclining position.
Oxygen by mask.
Strict bed rest so that the heart is exerted least possible till a proper diagnosis is done and a correct line of treatment is done.
