What Causes Indigestion And Abdominal Cramps Despite Taking Omez?
Sir,from last 4 years i am suffering from gastrict problem.after taking omez d I feel better.but starting of this month I went to doctor for digestion problems and vomiting she told me it is infection and she has given some tablets.after taking those tablets my symptoms got worse and ahe told me to join in hospital but that too does not help me.Still I m having digestion problem and stomoch crampling,tight Ness at nose.so sir please advise me what to do please.

Full haemogram to check for infection of WBCS are raised. 2. H . pylori for gastritis and peptic ulcer 3. stool for ova and cyst occult blood and G. pylori 4. Liver function tests incsse of hepatic abnormality 5. urinalysis 6. UECs for kidney this may present as abdominal cramps 7. Ct scan abdomen for any mass causing obstruction THE treatment will depend on the out come of investigations Consult gastroenetrologist
