What Causes Indentation At The Crease On The Forehead?

Good evening, many years ago I was blown up in the navy. I ve had a crease running down my head and now I have an ever-growing pit at the end of that crease? I m age 70, in good health, but am concerned about this dent/hole that is getting larger.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
History of trauma ,headache ,visual difficulties should be ruled out. Sudden formation of dent in the bone should be evaluated to rule out any tumors or disease that cause loss of bone. An x-ray or CT scan may be required to rule out any bony deformities. Vitamin D and Calcium levels should be measured. Bone density should also be tested to rule out any osteoporosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
