What Causes Increased Weight Gain While On Nexplanon?

I have had the nexplanon for a year and a half within the last 2 months I ve noticed a lot of weight gain feeling really sick movements in my stomach heartburn light headed hot and cold flashes and very tired could I be pregnant I ve taken 2 home test both negative

The symptoms you are experiencing like weight gain, feeling sick, movements in stomach heart burn, hot and cold flashes appears to be side effects of Nexplanon.
These symptoms doesn't appear to be due to pregnancy. Also, you are stating pregnancy test is negative, which would confirm that you are not pregnant.
Kindly consult Gynecologist and seek opinion regarding continuation of contraceptive device or going for a change which would suit you.
