What Causes Increased Sugar Levels, Blurred Vision And Dizziness?

i just checked my friends blood sugar it read 379 waited 10 minutes and checked again (maybe machine was off) second one read 233..what does this mean... age 54 height 5 3 weight over 200 has been feeling tired, noticable blurred vision..dizzness, just does not feel right these symptoms started about 3 weeks ago

Hello,
These symptoms are due to very high levels of blood sugar levels and need proper medications to control them.
As far as different readings are concerned,it could be due to some defect in machine or strip itself.
It is better to get the blood sugar levels checked in the laboratory by getting the fasting and PP levels done to know the exact status of sugar levels.
