Hi,beni car is antihypertensive very unlikely to cause loose motion and abdominal discomfort,
In symptoms like what you have presented,it highly suggestive of gas to entities, I usually advice to have oral rehydration fluid and tab o2 (orinadazole and oflaxacin),with panD ,
Loose motion causes depletion in body fluids it increases pulse rate,
To get drugs prescribed visit your physician,
