What Causes Increased Pressure During Urination After Ejaculation?

Hello Doctor, I ve been facing a few issues lately after ejaculation. Really scared to ask anyone around. I don t masturbate that often but when i do, i immediately feel like taking a dump in the toilet. This has been happening for the last one year. Soon after ejaculation, i feel the pressure and visit the toilet. What is the cause and remedy of this. Please inform. Thanks.

- Spontaneous bladder spasms ( muscle contractions of bladder ) even
though bladder is empty
- Urinary tract infections
- Prostate inflammations
* Remedy guidelines
- keep genitals clean , dry
- advisable to void bladder fully before ejaculation
- OTC antispasmodic molecules as dicyclomine as and when required
- Probiotics play certain role
- evaluate yourself with doctor for presence of any infection of urinary
tract +/- prostate
- don`t panic , it is curable
