General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Having beats 116 bpm means that you have tachycardia despite treatment. You probably have to charge the medications or just increase their dosage in order to stabilise them better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
