What Causes Increased Appetite, Fatigue And Back Pain?

Constant feeling of hunger/pain in stomach, about 3 inches above navel. Slight changes of intensity of stomach pain when I eat. Fatigue, sleeping 12 hours. Mid-back pain, both sides (from sleeping?). Very slight occasional nausea feeling, but that passes. Pale stool this a.m. No fevertemperature, bp is normal. Any ideas?
