Hello
As you mentioned that your CD4+Tcell count is 498 and viral load is 14000.
You are also having many disease , mentioned in the query .
The main problem is increase in leucocyte counts from 6700 to 16500 ,further within a week 19700 cmm .
This increase is the cause of concern.
I will try to explain you , so note it carefully .
Following initial infection of HIV , the virus infects CD4+ cells , probably T LYMPHOCYTES or monocytes or bone marrow-derived dendritic cells ..
Both during this initial stage and late in infection ( as in your case , since you have taken treatment for HIV ), the LYMPHOID system is a major site for the establishment 7 propagation of HIV infection.
Now you are not taking any anti viral treatment , so this increase in W B C may be due to HIV infection ( replication ).
So I recommend you consult your HIV treating physician and get his opinion at earliest because within a gap of 7 days WBCs increases( however your CD4+ count is still under control ).
Hope this will help you.
Good luck.
