What Causes Increase Of Fbs?
I always had a PPBS after lunch & dinner of 170 to 190 before taking any medicine.
My fbs was of the order of 95-105 without any medicine. after taking glycomet 1-0-1
it is seen that FBS is shooting upto 125 although ppbs values are within control. I
WALK TWO HRS DAILY MORNING AND EVENING.why is this increase of FBS

Dear sir I can understand your concern.
The treatment and exercise plan is excellent for you.in my opinion try to limit your calaries during night times.this will give you better fasting sugar.
