General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
Your WBC count was actually low initially because normal range of WBC count is 4000-11,000. This means your WBC counts are in normal range now.
In most infections, this count is raised but some kind of severe infections leads to decreased count. Decreased count is rather serious than high or normal count.
In your case, it may suggest effect of antibiotics and recovery.
Do ask if any further questions are there along with your reports.
Hope this will be helpful.
Thanks for your question. Take care.
