General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* As per my clinical experience, the Questran contains cholestiramine used for cholesterol disorders.

* The Questran is not associated with urinary incontinence, after its stoppage or withdrawal.

* It is the issue with internal urethral sphincter, prostate or else which leads to urinary incontinence problem.

* In my clinic, after per rectal examination, I do suggest an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis with prostate size and post void residual volume measurement, which decides need of any uroflowmetry for the case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
