What Causes Inability To Sneeze And Pressure In Center Of Sternum?

I had a breast augmentation 3 weeks ago. i am feeling a lot better. However, I am not able to sneeze. I often get the feeling that i need to as i have allergies but every time i am about to sneeze it doesn t come out and there is this pressure on what seems to be the centre of my chest/sternum. Is something wrong? Can keeping sneezes in for a couple of weeks cause any damage? Thanks
