Me 26yr old,unmarried,having weight 73kg height 165cm.I need to reduce weight between 60-65? Eventhough, i am doing my diet and aerobics exercise, Weight is not getting reduced.For diet, i usually took chappathi, broken wheat rice, veg curry diet. I am disappointed due to this.please suggest me a proper diet.i checked bp,blood sugar,thyroid no such health problems.may be obese genetically.please do needful
