MY DAD IS A 79 YR OLD TYPE 2 DIABETIC AND HAS BEEN HAVING SPELLS WHERE HE LOSES THE ABILITY TO SPEAK AND TO MOVE HIS LEGS TO WALK HE DOESNT REMEMBER A THING WHEN HE COMES OUT OF IT HE HAS BEEN TREATED BY SEVERAL SPECIALISTS AND STILL THEY CANT FIGURE OUT WHY THIS IS HAPPENNING CAN CARDRA MAKE SOMEONE HAVE A SEIZURE OR TIA S?

This is probably a TIA. Have u subjected him for a MRI with diffusion scan. Please see a neurologist for same
Also get a blood workup done for lipids, carotid Doppler.
