I had rotator cuff surgery on Tuesday. Taking hydrocodone acetaminophen 7.5-325 every 5 hours or so. Had an episode about 2 hours ago...extremely hot, pain between ribs, both arms tingling...had wet cold cloths lying on couch, then both hands wanted to cramp (curl inward) up. Lasted about minute and half then curling finally stopped. I feel a lot better now (little tingling in hands) but now I m afraid to take my pain medication. Last dose was about 3. Was this a reaction from medication or something else?
