What Causes Hot Flashes?

I had blood work done to test my hormone levels. My results show LH is 27 and FSH is 84. I have been in menopause for approximately 8 years, still suffering from hot flashes. I cannot take HRT due to having had a stroke three years. What do these figures indicate?

Hi I think these figures are normal in menopausal women. So, you need not worry about these. You can try some isoflavones containing tablet for relieving hot flushes. Try some yoga and meditation. It will also help.
