I am 49 years old, and started getting hot flashes so bad that my limbs feel like they are on fire. Well, I started noticing these little round dry things??? that look mostly red all over legg below the knee. I did go see a dermatologist who said they are genetic. I tried to explain this is the first summer that they arrived and also how I notice them multiply with my hot flashes. Help!
