What Causes Hot Flashes While On Lopressor?

Started lopressor 100 mg bid having symptoms of perspiration almost like hot flashes. My b\p was very high so the Dr added the lopressor to my regular which is lisinopril . the reason is to keep my b\p down becausevi also have a brain aneurysm that they will be operating on in a couple weeks Is the symptoms normal

If perspiration is the only concern then it is normal one if no other symptoms are there at the time of perspiration, like fatigue, dyspnea, else it is nothing to worry. Just for safer side, an EKG can be done. Sometimes very mild changes could be responsible for this.
