What Causes Hot Flashes And Tenderness In The Breasts?

i am a 50 year old women. I had a hysterectomy Sept 2015. They left my ovaries. Recently I am experiencing horrible hot flashes/tender breasts and my underarms hurt. I keep putting on weight even though I am exercising and watching what I eat. Do you have any natural remedies for me.

Hi, I think you can be having menopausal symptoms now. You can take some isoflavones containing tablet. These will help you in relieving hot flushes. Try some yoga and meditation. Have a healthy diet. If it doesn't work, you may need some hormonal treatment for that. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
