Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

It can be side effect of the steroid plus it can be because of the allergy or inflammation supposedly for which you are taking the steroid I would suggest you to continue taking the medication as advised by your doctor , usually patient gets settled in 3-4 days as his body gets used to the steroid , if your pain and flushing doesn't settle in 3-4 days then it's better to discuss it with your doctor.

I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you.
Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad
