I have felt ill for the past couple of days (more so today). I was in a hot room today which made it worse and it hasnt got better since- ive got a bad headache. Ive taken tablets, eaten a banana, rested and im drinking water but it hasnt gotten better. I am very hungry but whenever I eat I feel sick after it. What should I do?

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is malaise then you need get some rest at least for couple of days, this could be due to some viral infection, watch for fever, if this goes high above 100 F then you can have Tab Acetaminophen as per needed, this would come around, if this become worse then clinical examination would be necessary with blood work, hope this information helps, take care.
