General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is possible that the night sweats or hot flashes are related to one of the medications that you are currently using.

Night sweats can also be related to underlying medical conditions such as infection, TB, blood disorders.

It would be best to be assessed to determine the cause, a complete blood count may be necessary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
