hello
welcome to HCM
i really appericate your concern and i understood your query, this was no infection and red circles because of mild body reaction like normal inflammatory that why you had experienced hot and cold flashes so not to worry about it u regularly do dressing and while dressing check wound by pressing either side and check wound clean and dry or not, any pus formation or watery discharge if yes then consult your surgeon for needful.
hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
