What Causes Holes On Outer Ear?
My grandson is 9yrs old and has a hole on the outside of his ear lt looks like a black head but it has a large amount of puss in it and it hurts when it get full, I squeeze it to get out the puss it's a lot. He also has two or three large knots behind his ear, what could this be?

in my opinion this is pre/post auricular sinus. on repeated infection it discharge pus. I would recommend you to see an ENT specialist nearby. if it is a sinus or mastoid abscess, it should be removed along with its tract.
