What Causes Hole And Bump On Penis?

Hi i have a question. I found a bump on my penis about 2 days ago and i havent touched it cause i didnt want it to get infected so i left it. I looked at it about 30 minutes ago before showering and it had popped but it was a hard, white seed looking thing and now theres a hole where it was on my penis. What could this be??

I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities are there one is boil and second it could be sebaceous cyst in either of these condition just wait for some time it is the boil then it will come around but in case of cyst you need to see the doctor because it could be surgical condition then, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
