I have been experiencing a hoarse voice every night for the last two weeks. What could this be? I am also experiencing twitching fasculations in my neck face and all over my body aprox. 10 times p/hr. sometime I get burning sensations too in my arms and legs.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hoarseness in voice every night which is mainly due to upper respiratory tract infection which spreads down and reach to the level of larynx and you use high pitch voice either in shouting or any other activity which leads to swelling or growths on the vocal cords. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to give your voice some rest which will give time to heal vocal cords. You should take steam inhalation. Sip warm water every day. Visit ENT specialist once and get laryngoscopy done ,complete blood picture to rule out infections, x-ray chest to see lung related causes. Start treatment once proper diagnosis is made. For now eat light and non spicy food specially at night , eat at least one hour before going to bed and eat small meals .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
