Hello and welcome to HCM,
You have mentioned that you are suffering from discopathy.
Discopathy refers to degeneration of the inter-vertebral disc.
Discopathy leads to pressure on spinal cord and / or nerve roots.
Pressure on spinal cord and nerve roots leads to symptoms of symptoms of pain, numbness, tingling in the region supplied by the affected nerves.
Thus, the symptoms mentioned by you are that of effect of disc degeneration. These symptoms are not due to arthritis.
Hand tremors is a neuromuscular disorder. You need to consult a physician to find out the cause of these symptoms.
Pain while bending, twisting, moving up and down stairs is suggestive of disorder of lower spinal cord.
These symptoms are due to stiffness of lower spinal cord. Stiffness of lower spinal cord can be due to arthritis.
I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for this symptom for clinical assessment, relevant investigation and thus management.

Thanks and take care
