Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

Usually the thyroid pathologies that cause hypothyroidism are chronic and the treatment is longlife. The dose is very individual and should be corrected regarding to TSH level. The factors that cause these fluctuations are not clear. But if you monitor closely the TSH level you can reach normal levels of TSH.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mirjeta
