Hello dear user!
Welcome to HCM!

High creatinine in urine may be caused due to:

- Damage in kidneys function. ( since you are diabetic you should keep regular contacts with your endocrinologis)
- Hard exercises or fast weight losing due to muscle breakdown products
- Damage of kidneys due to medications

I recommend you to consult your diabetes doctor and your nefrologist to check your kidneys function up and keep sugar levels under control.

Take care and all the best for you!
Kind regards!
DR ERIOL.
