I can understand your concern.
Some degree of tachycardia is acceptable after physical training.
But since you are having MVP (mitral valve prolapse), we should rule out worsening of MVP in you.
Because worsening of MVP can cause tachycardia on exertion. So get done 2d echo and stress test.
If both these are normal then no need to worry much.
