What Causes High Glucose Levels?

Hi, me Abdus Sattar Ii am 37 years old, i have B/P from last 10years, and i eating olmezest am from 8 month, suddenly my Glucose Random found 8.62, which is 8 month ago i found 4.40, also i eat the tablet every night, after eat the tablet mid night i fill to much hungry for water & to much sleeping fill in night,Also my Lipid Profile 2.39 in this moment, pls advise for my better life further, thanks

Dear sir I understand your concern.in my opinion the random sugar is not good to suggest any treatment.kindly let me know your Hba1c value and waht tablets are you taking now ..........
