What Causes High Fever And Vomiting In A Toddler?

2 year old granddaughter. runs high fever 3 nights in a row, but fine during the day. has vomited a couple of times. took to doctor yesterday and they found nothing. was just fine all day. now seems to maybe have a small rash on her back and running 103 temp this evening. but acts pretty good.

Does she have cough, because strong cough causes vomiting. You should check her for the turgor, the elasticity of the skin to see if dhe has lost a lot of liquid or not. Is she active. if the temperature doesn't get down after 2-3 days make a complete blood count analyses.
