What Causes High Fever And Stomach Discomfort Along With Leg Pain?
My wife has what we believe to be the flu with high fever, up to 104, extreme pain on torso and legs, and sick to stomach. This started Thursday and the fever broke late Friday night. Now she is starting to cough more, is weak and tired. Can you provide an estimate of how long this flu strain lasts?

These sypmtoms can be caused due to typhoid,Malaria,stomach infection too other than flu only.
I would suggest take like food,hot soops and over the counter medicines.But if fever and stomach pain persists then she might need to be get done some routine blood investigations and checked by physician.
