General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The fever with shaking is possible, with the malaria fever with shaking at particular time of the day, pharyngitis, and urinary tract infections may have shaking through out the day, but not that severe.
Vomiting sensation may be there with any fever.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. She may need to have blood tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injection of chloroquine phosphate, cefixime ,paracetamol, omeprazole, domperidone.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
